Goals can be reached with a cooperation between the municipalities. This would not be possible for a single municipality. Coordinated goals are the basis of every cooperation. The main goal of every cooperation is to achieve a win-win situation of the cooperation partners. This is achieved when there is a pooling of skills of the partner municipalities, which improves the economic situation.
The targets of a cooperation are an improvement of performances or cost saving.
Procedure:
1. Electronic questionnaire
2. Workshop I: Areas of cooperation/ structure of information platform
3. Establishment of the information platform (as basis tool for the cooperation)
4. Description of the areas of cooperation
5. Workshop II: Editing of the areas of cooperation
6. Expertise of Wallenberger & Linhard Regionalberatung GmbH/Regional Consultung
7. Presentation of potential areas of cooperation in front of the mayor/ess
8. Organisation of a Best-Practice-Day for finding a decision
Charges:
Depending on the number of municipalities between € 1 000 and € 2 000 per municipality.
