Develop projects with the help of scenarios

With the help of scenarios, strategies and concrete projects for a positive development of a municipality are developed with civic participation.
Citizens can participate in workshops and therefore have the possibility to contribute to projects (decisions) which will shape the life in the municipality. Various groups are involved, who show their view of reality. This ensures that the projects are also backed by the citizens.
This method shows the complex relationship and mutual exertion of influence between the spheres of a municipality. It also illustrates in which spheres success can be achieved quickly by appropriate measures (i.e. realisation of developed projects).

Procedure:

1. Development of a record of accomplishments and occurences in the last 50 years in the municipality. This is done with counsellors.

2. Presentation of this record in front of the citizens of the municipality

3. Development of projects - scenario workshops

1. Workshop: Analysis of problems and tasks
2. Workshop: Creation of the networking matrix
3. Workshop: scenario construction
4. Workshop: Development of projects

4. Presentation of projects in front of the citizens
